She nodded. "Thanks," she let him draw away.
She looked out the window and saw the light peeking. "We should go sleep." She let him head into the room first and she headed into hers. She had already found out she couldn't go out in the day time just yet, her skin burnt badly.
Jake came into the room and saw why she screamed. The 'coffin' bed they'd constructed had been hacked to pieces, and the shades/boards they'd put up for her, had been torn down.

She sniffed and she just cried in his arms. Her body was exausted and she just needed rest. She hadn't told him the whole truth about the minsitry. They'd poked her, prodded her and made her life misery for that short time.

She sat quietly in the corner, eventually her body gave out and she just made herself sleep. Once the room was in a safe condition, he put her into the coffin bed and let her sleep.

He finished tidying everything up, so it was back to its original state and then laid her in the coffin quietly. He decided to stay with her whilst she slept and settled down in a corner of the room and soon nodded off himself.

She slept comfortably, her mind just shut off. When she awoke the next evening, she smiled to find him there.

He was still curled up in the corner, his scarf wrapped around him. He was always seen with it, but rarely wore it, he was smiling in his sleep.

She smild and closed her eyes agian curling up beside him. She liked being this close to him,e ven if she couldnt tell him how she felt. She loved him. He'd saved her.
